Working with Executive Chef Jeremy Brown and Head Chef David Darnbrough we are proud to provide live monitoring using GeneSysWeb across all of their food holding plus using the BluProbe to record cooking temperatures, deliveries and managing all their kitchen paperwork electronically.
The Shangri-La team wanted a system that is bespoke to their way of working and didn’t want to change the way they worked. Working with them we have been able to deliver a system that works for them. By providing alerts and reports to help maintain food safety and high standards, this shows inspectors they take their food safety seriously by being accountable and proactive.
