Recently ADM Ltd has provided sponsorship to the charity Access Community Trust in Lowestoft. We sponsored a networking event run by The MEAM Team who works with homeless and vulnerable people in the community. MEAM stands for ”Making Every Adult Matter” and in Lowestoft has led to dedicated MEAM officers who have been working across the entire system for the last few years to engage the community’s most vulnerable. It is run under the Lowestoft Rising Interventions Model, which itself seeks to identify those most chaotic cases in the community that are affected by Drugs, Alcohol and mental health and need help to access and then maintain access to services.
